Africa

Africa is the second-largest continent in the world and offers an enormous variety of countries, cultures, and nature. There are diverse travel options: from vast deserts and savannas to tropical rainforests and impressive mountains. There is something for every traveler to experience!

Asia

Asia, the largest and most diverse continent in the world, offers a wide range of experiences. Visit bustling metropolises like Bangkok, explore remote islands, or wander through ancient temples. And don’t forget the rainforests! Asia attracts millions of visitors every year, and it’s easy to see why. We’ve visited several countries in Asia, and on this page, you’ll find all the tips you need to plan your own trip.

Europe

Europe consists of many (smaller) countries, each with their own characteristics. Since we live in the Netherlands, we visited many countries and unique places on the continent already. Some of them by plane, but most simply by car. For us, these countries are perfect for a shorter holiday, as all countries are quite easy to travel to. In addition to travel tips and useful information, we made itineraries of most countries in Google Maps, with all the beautiful places we have seen and our overnight stays and hikes that we think are worth sharing.

North America

North America is a vast and diverse continent made up of 23 countries. Sometimes, people use the term to refer only to the United States and Canada. However, several countries in Central America are also part of this region. The largest countries are the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The continent offers an impressive variety of landscapes, from the snowy peaks of the Rocky Mountains in Canada to the tropical beaches of Mexico. And what about the bustling city life in New York? Or the stunning natural beauty of the Grand Canyon?

Oceania

Oceania is a beautiful continent, known for its breathtaking nature and unique landscapes. Besides Australia and New Zealand, the region contains many (small) islands. For us as outdoor travelers, Oceania proved to be a fantastic destination!

South America

South America is a fascinating and diverse continent consisting of 12 independent countries. This geographic region boasts an impressive blend of nature, culture, and history. From the mighty Amazon in Brazil to the breathtaking Andes that span several countries, and from bustling cities like Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro to the vast Patagonian plains in the south.
